Nick Valayati - Founder/Partner
Prior to creating Valiant Multi-Family Group, Nick worked with Fortune Fifty companies Wells Fargo Bank and Big Four accounting firm Deloitte and Touche leading to his career in real estate. He was an ideal fit for apartment brokerage due to his commitment of creating and maintaining long term relationships with his clients. Nick has completed multiple transactions in Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties, specifically concentrating in the Orange County market. With over a decade in apartment real estate, he has successfully completed multiple 1031 exchanges throughout Southern California. Nick attended California State University, Fullerton where he earned his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.

Liza started her career in real estate finance in 2004 working with the top lenders in the country. Due to her dedication, expertise and client relationships, she was able to average over $75 million in loan volume annually. Her extensive knowledge of various programs, underwriting, guidelines and mortgage process led her to begin specializing in 1-4 units. Nick started in the apartment business in 2015 after graduating from California State University Long Beach. During his tenure, he was able to achieve All American honors as a Water Polo student athlete. His dedication led to a gold and silver medal in the Pan American Games while representing Team USA. He started out his Real Estate career as a research analyst before transitioning into a licensed agent. His market knowledge in apartments provides his clients the ability to grow and maintain their investment portfolio. Nick prides himself on service before self. He is also a Firefighter for Los Angeles County Fire Department and knows the importance of giving back and building those positive relationships within the community.
